Is my time confirmed when I submit?
No. Your submission is a request. Hicham checks availability and emails you to confirm. Online payment alone does not reserve a time. Please wait for confirmation before paying.
What time zone are the lessons in?
All calendar dates and times use Africa/Casablanca, Morocco time, including seasonal clock changes. Appointments last 45 minutes, with 15 minutes between hourly starts. Book at least 24 hours ahead.
How do the monthly and group options work?
The monthly package includes eight private lessons for €100; select your preferred first appointment and arrange the remaining dates with Hicham. Conversation groups require 2–5 students at €10 per person. Hicham confirms the group and meeting time separately.
How do I change or cancel a request?
Contact Hicham on Instagram with your booking reference. All schedule changes, cancellations and refund requests are arranged directly with Hicham. No automatic change or refund is offered by this website. Please discuss the applicable arrangements before paying.

Your name, email, level, goals, notes and appointment preferences are used to arrange your lesson. Requests are stored through Netlify Forms and sent to the booking notification inbox. Your email is used to contact you about your request. Payment details are handled on PayPal, not collected in this form.
